Bio of Ashley M. Beachy:
It seems like a fulfillment of Ashley’s goals to finish school at the Cooking and Hospitality of Chicago (C.H.I.C.) of Chicago, Illinois with an Associate Of Applied Science in Culinary Arts: Le Cordon Bleu Affiliate and then begin as Chef at Antonio’s Italian Ristorante.
After learning the secrets of the sauces and several of the entrée recipes, Ashley has the time to bring her creativity to the kitchen and develop several of her specialties for Antonio’s patrons. Very early in life Ashley enjoyed preparing items such as pastries, fish entrées (ask her about the Sea Bass or Walleye Poupoiets), or pasta entrées. The experiences of cooking for family members and helping prepare food for family occasions from daily meals to big holiday dinners has prepared Ashley to fulfill Antonio’s goal to make every meal a special one and to treat them like family. 
Of course, Ashley’s experiences are not just family related. Ashley worked in the fast food industry while in high school and as a food preparer for Noble Romans and TCBY. She found banquet experience and greater exposure to the world of culinary arts and prepping entrées, appetizers, salads, soups, sauces, and dessert at the Galway Arms in Chicago, IL. After graduating Ashley worked at the Wyndgate Country Club putting her culinary skills to work preparing banquets, receptions, and weddings. Ashley was recruited, while in the Detroit area at Wyndgate, to work two Super Bowl events. She worked a live fois gras station at Spin Magazine’s official Super Bowl after party in Detroit. Ashley also worked the Coors Light’s Super Bowl event in Downtown Detroit.
In addition to preparing items in the kitchen, Ashley has the expertise in planning parties and banquets. Her skill in preparing appetizers and entrées presentations is a way that invites a guest to sample each appetizer or entrée. Ashley delivers a dining experience to the guests. Everyone will enjoy themselves whether they go to buffet stations or as each course is served to guests at their table. The patrons of Antonio’s Italian Ristorante will experience Chef Ashley Beachy’s special treatment every time they dine at Antonio’s.
