In March of 2006 Paul Cataldo will compete with the team at the World Pizza Championship in Salsomaggiore, Italy · Elkhart, IN, November 21, 2005: Paul Cataldo, owner of Antonio’s Italian Ristorante, announces that Tony Gemignani of the World Pizza Champions Team has picked him to be a member of the 2006 Pizza Team. Over the last 26 years of operation Cataldo, owner of Antonio’s Italian Ristorante, has entered his recipes in competitions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. These activities qualify Paul Cataldo for membership on the World Pizza Champions Team. Tony Gemignani, six time winner of World Pizza Champion Acrobat, along with the other team members have earned the highest awards in several different categories in the pizza industry. They are considered by many pizza operators worldwide as professionals and pioneers. The World Pizza Champions Team is considered America’s number one Pizza Team.
